Carrot and Apple Velvet Soup
A smooth and comforting soup where carrot and apple blend beautifully together. Puréed to a silky, luscious texture.

Ingredients
- 800 g Carrot
- 2 piece Apple
- 1000 ml Water
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and chop the carrots and apples into chunks.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pot. Add the carrots and apples, sauté for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Pour in the water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes until very tender.
Step 4
Blend with an immersion blender until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
