Creamy Carrot and Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
- 400 g Carrots
- 300 g Broccoli
- 200 g Potatoes
- 800 ml Water
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and chop the carrots and potatoes into pieces. Cut the broccoli into florets.
Step 2
Melt the butter in the pot and add the vegetables. Stir for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Pour in the water, bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes until the vegetables are very tender.
Step 4
Blend the soup until smooth and creamy.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
