Creamy Chicken and Carrot Soup

Ingredients
- 300 g Chicken
- 300 g Carrot
- 200 g Potato
- 1000 ml Water
- 20 g Butter
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into pieces and chop the carrots and potatoes into cubes.
Step 2
Sauté the chicken in a pan with butter for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Transfer to a pot with the vegetables and water. Bring to a boil for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Blend the soup with an immersion blender until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
