Creamy Broccoli and Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients
- 250 g Broccoli
- 250 g Cauliflower
- 50 g Grated Gruyère
- 800 ml Water
- 15 g Butter
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into small florets.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the vegetables. Cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes until the vegetables are very tender.
Step 4
Blend the soup until smooth and creamy.
Step 5
Stir in the grated Gruyère, season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
