Creamy Carrot and Chicken Soup

Ingredients
- 300 g Carrots
- 150 g Chicken
- 500 ml Water
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and slice the carrots into rounds. Cut the chicken into small pieces.
Step 2
In a pot, sauté the chicken in butter for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Add the carrots and water. Simmer over medium heat for 12 minutes until the carrots are very tender.
Step 4
Blend everything with an immersion blender until the soup is completely smooth.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper. Serve piping hot.
