Curried Vegetable Soup
A comforting soup made with carrots, celery, and curry. A warm and flavorful dish ready in 25 minutes.

Ingredients
- 3 piece Carrots
- 2 stalk Celery stalk
- 1 tsp Curry
- 750 ml Water
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut carrots and celery into uniform pieces.
Step 2
Sauté vegetables in oil for 3 minutes, stirring.
Step 3
Sprinkle curry and mix well, then add water.
Step 4
Bring to a boil and simmer for 12 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, then serve hot.
