Chilled Tomato Cucumber Soup

Ingredients
- 400 g Tomato
- 200 g Cucumber
- 300 ml Water
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Wash and cut the tomatoes and cucumber into chunks.
Step 2
Place all the vegetables in the blender with water and olive oil.
Step 3
Blend until the soup is smooth and homogeneous.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper, and serve chilled immediately.
