Tomato and Asparagus Soup

Ingredients
- 3 piece Tomato
- 200 g Asparagus
- 500 ml Water
- 15 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the tomatoes and asparagus into pieces.
Step 2
Sauté the vegetables with butter in a saucepan for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Add the water and simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Blend the soup with an immersion blender until smooth.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
