Comforting Pasta and Gruyère Soup

Ingredients
- 1 l Chicken broth
- 150 g Pasta
- 100 g Gruyère
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the broth into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions (usually 8-10 minutes).
Step 3
Add the butter and stir until melted.
Step 4
Remove from heat, add the grated Gruyère and stir until completely melted.
Step 5
Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
Step 6
Serve piping hot in bowls.
