Comforting Carrot and Cauliflower Soup with Parmesan

Ingredients
- 300 g Carrots
- 300 g Cauliflower
- 1 l Water
- 40 g Parmesan
- 20 g Butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and slice carrots into rounds. Cut cauliflower into small florets.
Step 2
Melt butter in a pot and add the carrots and cauliflower.
Step 3
Pour in water and let cook for 20 minutes until vegetables are very tender.
Step 4
Blend the soup until smooth and creamy.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper. Pour into bowls and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
