Comforting Carrot, Broccoli and Apple Soup
A creamy soup naturally sweetened with apples and carrots. Blended into a smooth and delicious velvet soup.

Ingredients
- 400 g Carrots
- 300 g Broccoli
- 200 g Apples
- 1000 ml Water
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and chop the carrots, broccoli and apples into pieces.
Step 2
Melt the butter in the pot and lightly sauté the vegetables for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Add the water and bring to a boil. Cook for 15 minutes until everything is very tender.
Step 4
Blend the soup finely with an immersion blender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Serve hot in bowls.
