Comforting Broccoli, Carrot, and Potato Soup
A smooth and creamy blended soup enriched with melted Gruyère. Perfect for a light yet satisfying meal.

Ingredients
- 300 g Broccoli
- 200 g Carrots
- 250 g Potatoes
- 100 g Grated Gruyère
- 20 g Butter
- 1 l Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the potatoes and carrots into chunks. Cut the broccoli into small florets.
Step 2
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, add the vegetables and a pinch of salt.
Step 3
Cook for 15-18 minutes until all vegetables are very tender.
Step 4
Blend the soup with an immersion blender until smooth and creamy.
Step 5
Add the butter and grated Gruyère, stirring until completely melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
