Quinoa and Carrot Soup
A light and nutritious soup with quinoa and carrots, perfect for a simple dinner.

Ingredients
- 150 g Quinoa
- 400 g Carrots
- 1.5 L Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 tbsp Oil
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the carrots into small cubes.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the carrot cubes for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Pour in the water, bring to a boil, and season with salt.
Step 4
Rinse the quinoa and add it to the pot.
Step 5
Cook for 15-20 minutes until the carrots are tender and the quinoa is cooked.
Step 6
Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
