Chicken Noodle and Leek Soup

Ingredients
- 120 g Noodles
- 300 g Chicken thighs
- 200 g Leeks
- 100 g Carrots
- 50 g Celery
- 1.2 l Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Pour water into a Dutch oven and bring to a boil. Add the whole chicken thighs.
Step 2
Simmer the chicken for 20 minutes, regularly skimming the foam from the surface.
Step 3
Add the chopped leeks, carrots, and celery. Continue cooking for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Add the noodles and cook for 5 more minutes. Remove the chicken, debone it, and divide the meat among bowls. Season and serve.
