Rustic Carrot and Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
- 3 piece Carrots
- 250 g Mushrooms
- 300 g Potatoes
- 1 l Water
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut carrots and potatoes into cubes.
Step 2
Clean and cut mushrooms into pieces.
Step 3
Heat oil in a pot and sauté the carrots for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add mushrooms and potatoes, cook for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Pour in water and simmer for 15 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
