Rustic Vegetable and Pasta Soup

Ingredients
- 300 g Carrots
- 150 g Celery stalks
- 200 g Beets
- 150 g Shell pasta
- 1.5 l Water
- 2 tbsp Oil
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and dice the carrots, celery, and beets.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the vegetables for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Add the water and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Add the shell pasta and cook for 10 minutes until the pasta is tender.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
