Country Vegetable Soup
A simple and hearty French soup with potatoes, carrots and mushrooms. Comforting and ready in less than 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 400 g Potatoes
- 200 g Carrots
- 150 g Mushrooms
- 1000 ml Water
- 20 g Butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and dice the potatoes and carrots.
Step 2
Clean and slice the mushrooms.
Step 3
In a saucepan, melt the butter and sauté the mushrooms for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add the potatoes, carrots and water. Bring to a boil.
Step 5
Simmer for 15 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Season with salt and pepper.
