Rustic Mushroom and Carrot Soup

Ingredients
- 300 g Potatoes
- 200 g Carrots
- 200 g Mushrooms
- 100 g Ham
- 1000 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Oil
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and dice the potatoes and carrots into small cubes. Clean and chop the mushrooms.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pot, then sauté the mushrooms for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add the potatoes and carrots, then cover with water. Bring to a boil.
Step 4
Add the diced ham, reduce heat, and simmer for 18-20 minutes.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
