Blended Cauliflower and Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
- 400 g Cauliflower
- 250 g Broccoli
- 800 ml Water
- 20 g Butter
- 30 g Grated Parmesan
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into small florets.
Step 2
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot.
Step 3
Add the vegetables and cook for 15 minutes until tender.
Step 4
Blend the soup with the butter until smooth and creamy.
Step 5
