Silky Tofu and Wakame Miso Soup
A traditional Japanese miso soup featuring delicate silky tofu, wakame seaweed, and green onions. Comforting and ready in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients
- 300 g silky tofu
- 2 tbsp miso paste
- 5 g dried wakame seaweed
- 3 piece green onion
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Soak the wakame seaweed in a bowl of warm water for 5 minutes. Cut the silky tofu into 2 cm cubes. Slice the green onions.
Step 2
Bring 700 ml of water to a simmer in a pot. Add the drained seaweed and simmer for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Remove from heat, dissolve the miso paste in some hot broth and stir into the soup. Add the tofu and soy sauce.
Step 4
Gently warm without boiling. Serve topped with sliced green onions.
