Pasta Minestrone Soup
A hearty Italian soup with pasta, carrots, and celery. Comforting and ready in 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 150 g Spaghetti
- 300 g Carrots
- 150 g Celery
- 50 g Olives
- 1 l Water
- 20 g Butter
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and dice the carrots into small cubes. Wash and chop the celery into small pieces.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pot, add carrots and celery, let cook for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Pour in the water, bring to a boil and add the spaghetti broken into small pieces.
Step 4
Cook for 10-12 minutes until the pasta is al dente.
Step 5
Add the olives, season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
