Mexican Beef and Bell Pepper Soup

- 350 g ground beef
- 1 piece red bell pepper
- 200 g crushed tomatoes
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 600 ml beef broth
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the bell pepper into small dice.

Brown the ground beef over high heat in a pot for 4 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks.

Add the bell pepper, smoked paprika, and cumin. Cook for 2 minutes while stirring.
