Creamy Fruit and Chocolate Soup
A sweet and velvety soup that combines roasted fruit, milk and chocolate. An original and comforting dessert, perfect for an unexpected treat.

Ingredients
- 2 piece Apple
- 2 piece Pear
- 400 ml Milk
- 80 g Chocolate
- 30 g Sugar
- 20 g Flour
- 30 g Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 0.5 tsp Cinnamon
- 200 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut apples and pears into chunks. Pan-roast them with 15g of butter and 15g of sugar until caramelized (6-7 minutes).
Step 2
In a saucepan, make a light roux with 15g of butter and flour, cook for 1 minute.
Step 3
Slowly pour in the water and milk while whisking to avoid lumps.
Step 4
Add the roasted fruit, remaining sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Bring to a simmer.
Step 5
Add the chocolate broken into pieces, let it melt while stirring until smooth.
Step 6
Serve hot, optionally partially blended for a different texture.
