Comforting Ham and Bread Soup
A simple and economical soup: white bread cut into toasted cubes and ham in a basic broth for a warm and filling dish.

Ingredients
- 100 g White bread
- 80 g Ham
- 500 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 10 ml Oil
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the white bread into small cubes and the ham into pieces.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a skillet and brown the bread cubes for 3-4 minutes until crispy.
Step 3
Bring water to a boil in a pot with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Add the ham and croutons to the boiling broth.
Step 5
Simmer for 5 minutes and serve hot.
