Indian Spinach, Paneer and Spice Soup

Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 250 g Fresh spinach
- 1 piece Tomato
- 400 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 10 g Fresh ginger
- 50 ml Sour cream
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the paneer into 2 cm cubes and brown them for 3 minutes in a pan with a drizzle of oil. Set aside.
Step 2
In a pot, sauté the grated ginger and diced tomato for 2 minutes. Add the garam masala and spinach, cook for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Pour in the broth, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Blend everything together and stir in the sour cream.
Step 4
Divide the soup into bowls and garnish with the golden paneer cubes.
