Gratinéed Chicken, Carrot, and Potato Soup
A traditional French soup that's comforting and hearty, topped with toasted bread and melted cheese.

Ingredients
- 400 g Chicken
- 300 g Carrot
- 350 g Potato
- 4 slices Bread
- 100 g Cheese
- 25 g Butter
- 1200 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken, carrots, and potatoes into cubes.
Step 2
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil with butter. Add all the vegetables and chicken.
Step 3
Simmer for 20 minutes until everything is tender. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Pour the soup into bowls, top with a slice of bread and grated cheese. Place under the broiler for 3-5 minutes.
