Ingredients
- 600 ml Water
- 120 g Gruyère, shredded
- 50 g Ham
- 15 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the ham into small cubes.
Step 2
Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan with butter, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Add the ham and simmer for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Remove from heat and gradually add the gruyère while stirring.
Step 5
Stir until the cheese is completely melted.
