Spinach and Parmesan Soup

Ingredients
- 300 g Spinach
- 750 ml Water
- 40 g Parmesan
- 30 g Butter
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot.
Step 2
Add the spinach and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Blend the soup until smooth using an immersion blender.
Step 4
Add the butter, salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Serve with grated Parmesan sprinkled on top.
