Spinach Broccoli Parmesan Soup
A smooth and nourishing soup made with blended spinach and broccoli, topped with grated Parmesan. Comforting and perfect for a light lunch.

Ingredients
- 200 g Spinach
- 200 g Broccoli
- 500 ml Water
- 40 g Parmesan
- 20 g Butter
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a saucepan.
Step 2
Add broccoli florets and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Add spinach and cook for another 3 minutes.
Step 4
Blend everything together with an immersion blender until smooth.
Step 5
Add butter, season with salt and pepper, and serve topped with grated Parmesan.
