Cold Tomato and Cucumber Soup

- 400 g Tomato
- 200 g Cucumber
- 250 ml Water
- 15 ml Olive oil
- 3 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut tomatoes and cucumber into pieces.
Step 2
Place pieces in blender with water and olive oil.
Step 3
Blend until smooth.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper. Serve chilled.
