Potato and Carrot Soup
A comforting and easy-to-digest soup, perfect for cold evenings. Simple to prepare using whatever vegetables you have on hand.

Ingredients
- 300 g Potatoes
- 200 g Carrots
- 750 ml Water
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 100 ml Milk
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut potatoes and carrots into medium-sized cubes.
Step 2
Melt butter in a pot and add the vegetables.
Step 3
Pour in water, bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes until tender.
Step 4
Blend the soup with an immersion blender until smooth.
Step 5
Stir in the milk, season to taste and serve hot.
