Potato and Carrot Soup
A sweet and comforting soup made with potatoes and carrots, perfect for cold winter days.

Ingredients
- 400 g Potatoes
- 300 g Carrots
- 1 l Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the potatoes and carrots into cubes.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pot, add the vegetables and sauté for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Pour in the water, bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper. Stir lightly to keep a thick soup texture, or blend if you prefer a smooth purée.
Step 5
Serve hot.
