Potato and Carrot Soup
A comforting and simple soup made with potatoes and carrots, perfect for a light meal.

Ingredients
- 400 g Potatoes
- 250 g Carrots
- 1 l Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the potatoes and carrots into cubes.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a saucepan and add the vegetables.
Step 3
Sauté for 3 minutes, then add the water.
Step 4
Bring to a boil and cook for 15 to 18 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
