Potato and Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
- 400 g Potatoes
- 250 g Broccoli
- 1 l Water
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into small florets.
Step 3
Heat the water in a saucepan with the butter.
Step 4
Add the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Add the broccoli and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
