Potato, Carrot, and Crouton Soup
A comforting and hearty soup made simply in a pot with vegetables from your fridge and crispy homemade croutons.

Ingredients
- 400 g Potatoes
- 250 g Carrots
- 800 ml Water
- 100 g Bread
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the bread into cubes and toast them in a pan with a little butter to make croutons.
Step 2
Peel and dice the potatoes and carrots.
Step 3
Bring water to a boil in the pot with the vegetables, season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Serve the soup with crispy croutons.
