Pasta and Ham Soup
A simple and comforting French classic: light broth with thin pasta and pieces of ham. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 100 g Pasta (small shapes)
- 80 g Ham
- 1 L Water
- 20 g Butter
- 10 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to a boil in the pot with salt and butter.
Step 2
Add the pasta and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the ham into small dice and add it 2 minutes before the pasta is done.
Step 4
Season with pepper and salt to taste.
