Simple Lentil Soup

Ingredients
- 200 g Lentils
- 1 l Water
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the lentils under cold water.
Step 2
Pour the oil into a saucepan and add the lentils.
Step 3
Sauté for 2 minutes then add the water.
Step 4
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
