Simple Red Lentil Soup

Ingredients
- 150 g Red lentils
- 750 ml Water
- 1 piece Zucchini
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Pour water into the saucepan and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Add the red lentils and let cook for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, cut the zucchini into small pieces.
Step 4
Add the zucchini to the saucepan and cook for another 8 minutes.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, add olive oil, and serve.
