Ingredients
- 150 g Green lentils
- 750 ml Water
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Add the lentils and simmer for 25 minutes.
Step 3
Check that the lentils are cooked, then season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Pour into bowls and drizzle with olive oil.
