Comforting Lentil Soup
A classic lentil-based soup, slowly cooked with water, salt and pepper for a soothing and hearty dish. Perfect for cold evenings.

Ingredients
- 250 g Green or brown lentils
- 1.5 L Water
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the lentils under cold water and pour them into a pot.
Step 2
Cover with 1.5 L of water and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes until the lentils are completely cooked.
Step 4
Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
