Lentil and Zucchini Soup
A simple and comforting soup, perfect for a weeknight dinner. Lentils provide protein while zucchini keeps it light.

Ingredients
- 200 g Red lentils
- 2 piece Zucchini
- 1 L Water
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- à goût Salt
- à goût Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to a boil in a pot.
Step 2
Cut the zucchini into small dice.
Step 3
Add the lentils and zucchini to the boiling water.
Step 4
Let simmer for 15 minutes until the lentils are tender.
Step 5
Season with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Serve hot.
