Lentil and Zucchini Soup
A comforting and nutritious soup that combines lentils with zucchini for a warming winter dish. Simple yet satisfying.

Ingredients
- 200 g Lentils
- 250 g Zucchini
- 800 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- à goût Salt
- à goût Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and dice the zucchini. Rinse the lentils under cold water.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pot and add the lentils and zucchini. Cook for 2 minutes over medium heat.
Step 3
Add the water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes until lentils are tender.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot as is, or blend until smooth if you prefer a creamier texture.
