Simple Red Lentil Soup

Ingredients
- 200 g Red lentils
- 1 L Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the water into a pot and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Add the rinsed red lentils.
Step 3
Let simmer for 18-20 minutes until the lentils are tender.
Step 4
Season with salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve hot.
