Red Lentil Curry Soup

Ingredients
- 200 g Red lentils
- 1 L Water
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 10 g Dark chocolate
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the red lentils under cold water.
Step 2
In a saucepan, pour the water and add the lentils. Bring to a boil.
Step 3
Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes until tender.
Step 4
Add the curry powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Step 5
Crumble the dark chocolate into the soup to add depth and stir.
Step 6
Check the seasoning and serve hot.
