Ingredients
- 200 g Red lentils
- 1 L Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Pour water into a pot and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Add the rinsed red lentils and simmer for 15-20 minutes until tender.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil.
