Red Lentil Soup

Ingredients
- 250 g Red lentils
- 1 l Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the red lentils under cold water.
Step 2
Pour the water into the pot and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Add the lentils and cook for 15-18 minutes until tender.
Step 4
Season with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
Step 5
Partially blend for a semi-smooth texture (optional).
