Lentil and Spinach Soup
A comforting and nutritious soup, perfect for a winter evening. Easy to prepare and full of flavor.

Ingredients
- 200 g Red lentils
- 150 g Fresh spinach
- 2 piece Carrots
- 1 stalk Celery
- 1 l Water
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- à goût Salt
- à goût Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and dice the carrots and celery into small pieces.
Step 2
Sauté the diced carrot and celery in a pot with olive oil for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Add the lentils and water, bring to a boil.
Step 4
Simmer for 20 minutes until the lentils are tender.
Step 5
Add the fresh spinach and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
