Lentil and Spinach Soup
A hearty and nutritious soup, perfect for a winter evening. Red lentils, spinach, and carrots simmer together into a warm and flavorful dish.

Ingredients
- 200 g Red lentils
- 150 g Fresh spinach
- 2 piece Carrots
- 1 stalk Celery
- 1 L Water
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- à volonté g Salt
- à volonté g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the carrots and celery into small dice.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pot and sauté the carrots and celery.
Step 3
Add the lentils and pour in the water. Bring to a boil.
Step 4
Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes until the lentils are cooked.
Step 5
Add the fresh spinach and cook for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
