Vegetable and Rice Soup
A simple and comforting soup with carrots, mushrooms, and rice. Perfect for a light lunch.

Ingredients
- 300 g Carrots
- 150 g Mushrooms
- 100 g Rice
- 1 l Water
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the carrots and cut them into small dice, along with the mushrooms.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pot and pour in the water.
Step 3
Add the carrots and bring to a boil.
Step 4
After 5 minutes, add the rice and mushrooms.
Step 5
Cook for 15 minutes until the rice is tender.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper, then serve.
