Vegetable and Fish Soup
A simple and comforting soup with carrots, potatoes, and white fish. Perfect for a light yet nourishing dinner.

Ingredients
- 300 g White fish
- 200 g Carrot
- 250 g Potato
- 750 ml Water
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
Step 2
Peel and slice the carrots into rounds.
Step 3
Heat the water in a pot, add potatoes and carrots.
Step 4
Add the fish cut into pieces and simmer covered for 7 minutes.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper before serving hot.
